  3. Quite possibly it's some peculiar Russian way of looking at things. To Russians, it seems perfectly OK that they bomb maternity hospitals and childrens schools, but when one of their AA rockets misses its target and explodes near a beach, they shriek about "oh the humanity". They're in desperate need of some kind of readjustment of their views on these things.
