  2. Oh wait. I see the problem now. They did 350,000 tests just to catch 9,976 cases (latest numbers as of now). Not very efficient of them. Here in the US we did 1 million tests (0.309% of the population) to catch 240,660 cases.

  4.  @bobbyharper8710  Why look for the most complicated, unprovable excuse? Healthcare quality in the US is among the lowest in the developed world. Heck, as of yesterday, Italy had a rate of 1829 cases per million while NY state had 4313 per million. By the end of today it will be closer to 5000 per million if not beyond that.
