  1. Historically, America's universities have been a boon to the nation. For quite a long time, the best and brightest from around the world have been coming here to get their doctorates, and some of them stay when they get good job offers, and they contribute their talent to the long running enterprise known as the USA. That's now gone. Those people are going to go to other countries now. Likewise, we can kiss international tourism goodbye.
