  4.  @EconLessons  That old black market is surely going to come back with a vengeance. Surely the Russian government hasn't tried to eliminate paper-money transactions? Smuggling people out of there should be a big business. Guessing the government will have to make food and housing contingent on gainful employment - and we know how that's going to turn out.
