Those ones were Steve Daines (R-Montana), John Hoeven (R-North Dakota), Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin), John Kennedy (R-Louisiana), Jerry Moran (R-Kansas), and John Thune (R-South Dakota).

Mind you, this is the same McConnell who blocked 82 of Obama's nominees (84 had been blocked thusly in all US history prior to that) only to hold those slots open for Dump to appoint whack jobs & incompetents. Presumably they want all top military appointments to be beholden to Don the Con.
