My choice for garbage-of-the-week would be Mr Limbaugh, who once promised to move to Costa Rica if Obamacare became the law of the land, but then he broke that promise and stayed - which is kind of ironic, since Costa Rica provides universal healthcare to its citizens & residents, so possibly they would have picked up on his condition in time to treat it more effectively. Hope Mr Limbaugh isn't too discomfited by the pain to realize that cancer is merely doing to him what he did to America - except that cancer isn't getting paid to do it.
