@blackceasar2141 His "care" about anything is limited to how much money it costs his family or how it impacts his chances of being re-eloected. Beyond those two aspects, he cares nothing for people, the law, whatever. As the Mooch said, he doesn't see people as people, he sees them only as objects in hi9s field of vision. A true sociopath.
