Anyone with half a brain, who follows the news, can see for themselves what it's like in places like Haiti or Somalia or Eritrea or Syria when there's a civil war brewing - or Bosnia, for them old enough to remember the news from back then. Wasn't pretty. Whole families forced to kneel at the roadside while the commander made the kids drink motor oil as the parents watched. Anyone who says they want civil war has no idea what the F they're talking about.
