  2.  @jrasicmark1  FOXed Noise is remembering what happened to Alex Jones. He said inflammatory things to the effect that Sandy Hook was staged, which caused some nutjob viewers to issue death threats to people who's lost their children, so when it all went to court, Alex tried saying it was just "rhetorical hyperbole" which the court didn't side with. So this is CYA attempts.
