  1. Funny you should say that. American politics, from day one, has been about one party being the pilot, the other being the copilot, and the two of them switching roles now and then. Works out to 50/50 over the long term. One party just recently decided to crash the plane into a mountainside because they're so mad that they can't be the pilot 100% of the time instead of just 50%. That's where the Republican party is these days.

  2.  @lostnlove2309  We can safely assume that Trump genuinely thought all previous outgoing presidents were "suckers" and "chumps" for not using every possible available means of hanging onto power - including inciting insurrection and fomenting domestic terrorism against the government.

  3. "American Carnage" is the blood and fire that he promised to his followers. It is a lot like when he tells the fable of the serpent at his rallies. The truest words he's ever spoken were, "You knew I was a serpent when you took me in!"
