  1. It's because Trump knows that if Bloomberg were a rich Russian dude, he and the rest of the GOP would be sucking up to him and trying to him favors. Instead, he's a rich white American dude who can totally speak to the centrists and moderates, leaving Trump his 20% alt-fact whackjob segment, who barely have a complete set of genes among the bunch of them.
