  1. I’m a vet tech and cancer patients, liver failure patients, and kidney failure patients each have their own distinct “smell”. Often this gets called old dog/cat smell by most but each of these smells for me is distinct and not age related, it’s just a coincidence because often old pets have one of these diseases. But when a young one has it it’s noticeable too, and an old pet without illness smells normal to me.

  2. How many people with amazing sniffers are actually autistic and don’t realize it because scent sensitivity is rarely talked about in mainstream media when talking about the Tism? I’m autistic myself so no need to get defensive, just find this fascinating.
