  1. He probably just didn’t realize he passed it. It was likely surrounded by other decal material which also protected his intestines from perforation. When dogs eat razor blades and the owner refuses to pay for surgery out next step is having the dog consume a LOT of bread in the hopes to encase the razor blades so they either pass or can be vomited back up without perforation.
