  52. funny, i prefer online ordering of some sort. i often need a lot of substitutions or omissions and on the phone or in person it just gets messed up. when i can order online they have this receipt line for line with my requests. and if it still somehow got messed up i have hard proof it’s on their end. in person/over phone i can get blamed for apparently not clarifying better or whatnot. and if that worker didn’t put in each omission or substitution correctly then the receipt says what they put in, not what i was actually asking.
