doesnt the body think its in starvation mode if you eat every day in 8 hours window?

One thing i didn't understand is, you said its good to keep that eating window stable. And that doing it in sunday for example two hours earlier you affect your system for at least 3 days. But what if you eat Later instead. Like you eat every day 2-8 noon, but sunday you do one meal a day or eat 5-8. Do you still get the negative effects?

Thanks for the important lesson. What i didn't understand about muscle building is, should you lift weights before 10 in the morning and then eat the protein? Or after eating.
