Is the girl that Lost all her skin in the fire accident alive? Is the old person on the breathing tube in the elderly hospital alive? Would those people even agree with you and allign with your proclaimed goals? Goal seekiny makes any sense only after Assuming you have some baseline health, and sanity and genetic consistency, and basic biological needs met. like food and shelter and human contact etc. only then we can speak about goals and even then they would rarely be individual ones. More like goals of the tribe.
