@edgardebruin5539 The majority of people are not stupid - there's no chance of persuading enough people for any government to start the join process. Did you see the 'national rejoin march' lol?

@louis-philippearnhem6959 There was/is a strategy to leave, however, the referendum was not a general election and although, the Leavers won the argument they have not gained power. After the referendum the UK parliament was still 85% Remain supporters. This has stayed the position and though this parliament has had no choice other than to enact Brexit, it cannot be said the Brexiteers have had opportunity to implement their strategy. There is a strategy to join and this is underway. Pro-EU/UK activists understand they cannot win a join referendum so the idea is for the EU and it's UK supporters to do everything possible policy/propaganda to frustrate UK success. Then in time, pro-EU activists will gain a majority in UK parliament and begin sliding the UK sideways into the EU single market and so on...

@Nobody Else'll Say It We haven't had a normal vote on it yet. The 2017 vote was one in which people believed Brexit would be done (half of the 2015 UKIP vote went Labour). The next vote will be about Brexit and parliament will change from having a majority of remain MPs to having a majority of leave MPs.

@Sir Richard Branson I mean a general election on Brexit. At the last general election which took place 12 months after the referendum the people believed MPs would deliver Brexit. The parties promising to do so gained 85% of the vote. Parties promising to stop Brexit got 15%. It has been claimed by Remainers that because May did not get a majority the voters rejected her hard Brexit, but this is a lie because talk of 'hard/soft' 'deal/no-deal' came later. In fact half the UKIP vote went to Labour for re-nationalisation policies which was a shock for the Tories. Now that people understand MPs are actively against Brexit, a general election would be about Brexit and not much else.

No one will lose jobs - Cameron and Osborne said that would happen after the referendum if Leave won... Leave won, Cameron and Osborne lost their jobs and unemployment went down.

The 'Br' is representative of 'Britain' and the 'exit' represents 'leaving the EU'

Recently, in Australia many politicians were forced to stand down when it was revealed they held dual citizenship. The idea being their constitution only allows only 100% loyal citizens to make decisions for the nation: “Any person who - is under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power - shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.” Our MPs are 1/100,000, they each had one vote in the referendum. They have been selected by political organisations before voters had opportunity to vote for them. The UK membership of the EU has never been the people’s choice, it has been imposed on the people by a political elite. The loyalty to UK of pro EU MPs sitting in the UK parliament was under question before the referendum. The referendum result has rescinded their vision for the UK and removed their legitimacy to govern the people with 100% trust. They should now be forced to stand down. Imagine how different it would be if parliament were made up of MPs like Kate Hoey and Esther Mcvey and loyal to the UK more than any foreign power.

Wasn't it the Remain side that gambled confidence in UK Plc (project fear) for political reasons when there was no immediate threat to the UK economy?
