  1. It's clear one person is the instigator and perpetrator of the crime. The rest of them seem mostly guilty of stupidity which is attributable to age and upbringing (It's difficult to imagine them allowing such a crime if they were all 20) . The girl who lured the victim was 15 and likely messed-up with hormones, sexual control/abuse, immature thinking. It looks like the one responsible is headed for the gurney. I personally, think the others should be shown some leniency.

  2. If a suspect says anything like 'I want a lawyer' the cops shouldn't say 'are you sure?' The interview should stop until a lawyer is present.
