This is standard, I have worked for companies that expect people to sign this sort of agreement - it's just a way of encouraging people not to talk to the press or 'whistleblow ' about the company. It always states the person can speak truthfully if required by law to answer any question about the company.

  2. It is the basic principle of the jury system that a person's guilt is decided by ordinary people. Therefore, if a person is convicted of an offence by 12 ordinary people and subsequently has millions of ordinary people vote for them to be leader of the country. This act in principle, must revoke the prior conviction.
