@khymaaren This has nothing to do with the point I made. I said those that voted Remain would have seen a 52% vote for Remain as being a democratic reason for the UK to stay a member of the EU - the same people cannot now argue a 52% vote to end the UK's membership of the EU was somehow not a democratic reason for Brexit.

Are you saying you would not have accepted a Remain vote of 52% as good reason to stay a member of the EU? You would have complained of 'indecision' and demanded what solution exactly?

@khymaaren That's a good analogy up until we factor in since Brexit no one in the UK has been forced to drink tea and both tea and coffee are readily available. If we forget about analogies and apply the relevant facts, probably 20% of the UK people wanted to stay in the EU and 80% wanted out or did not care.
