  4. There should be a passenger weight limit the same as luggage. If your weight is way more than it should be - you can pay for two seats. There needs to be more done to deter overeating - like putting weight sensitive 'off' switches on escalator steps and making the entrances to food stores 18 inches wide.

  8. Best thing is to literally give them a fix along with the support to get off it. Also, if jobs were made available for everyone there would be much less drug use. There should be no unemployment, because if the money is there to pay dole - it's there to pay a wage. Even if those jobs is raising plants and creating parkland - it's better than having unemployment, drug use, wasted lives, no opportunity, and less parkland.
