So, maybe AOC is CHOOSING to show that she can work with and in the current government - BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT HER EFFING JOB IS - in addition to the ideas and feelings of socialism she might bring with her. This is what government policy change is in the US. KS can work at her low level of doing things all she wants but she will never get any higher that where she is now - and didn't she even quit her City Council position or whatever it was? Why is there no room for both opinions and both efforts - again this is Left versus Left in the who is really the Left wars. Maybe both of them are two sides of the same dysfunctional system coin? And then we have you Leftist podcasters to tell us what to think from the Left POV. Why do you expect anyone to trust you? Far more likely that the effect you have or getting Left to fight Left is your goal since you seem to be so expert at doing that. Tell me I'm wrong and why?

I wonder just how bad Cornel West would feel, and how he would ever have the courage to face his public again if he ran and did siphon off a number of votes that could prove he handed the election to the Republicans? He could spend the rest of his life denying his voters made any difference like Ralph Nader has ... but few really listen to or respect Nader any more compared to his former stature pre-2000. I think Brother West will make a hell of a campaign, but I hope at the end he looks clearly at the reality and decide to urge his voters to vote Democratic. Finally - I think something to think about is - why don't Republicans ever make these kinds of arguments? The reasoning I think is because the people urging Democrats to vote for West are sock-puppet troll Republicans who are trying to help the Trump cause. Think about it ... only Democrats are urged over and over to defect from their party. And, I am not saying they don't have good reason to be critical ... I totally get it ... but, the reality is that THE PEOPLE have one chance, one party and if they would show up and engage with it, maybe the Democratic Party could get something done for them - because the Republicans surely will not.
