I'm no expert on Ukraine, but from what I have read, ever since the West started to interfere and make corrupt connections in Ukraine, sell weapons, make deals Ukraine's economy has gone down. Most of the their major industries are gone and unemployment is rampant - and about a million people a year have been leaving Ukraine. That is not so far from the number of people leaving now under this invasion.
The West has set up deals to screw Ukrainians, such as piping Russian oil through Ukraine, and then selling it back to Ukraine at a huge mark-up. They have destroyed the shipbuilding, aerospace, auto, and train/rail industries in Ukraine.
The West always makes promises and finds a few corrupt people willing to take them, spins a nonsensical narrative that people who don't know anything about whatever the situation is, and suck the money out of some place - and give nothing back to the people.
No one can say Russia or Putin was justified in this war, but there are reasons that brought it about, and escalating it as the US is doing, particular from across the Atlantic doesn't make me proud of my country.
Also, giving weapons away like machine guns, and stinger missiles to Nazis in Ukraine ... where do they think those missiles are going to end up? How many people in Europe are going to get murdered by these Right-Wing Nationalist Nazis in Ukraine over the next decade or so?
What we are hearing thoughout the Western media is not helping anything or informing anyone.

The 70's was an amazing time for the music industry and these amazingly talented musicians ... mostly from England, the British Invasion went on for a long time. BUT, the one thing the I thing the music from the 70's lacked was LYRICS.
Oh the lyrics to STH are emotionally activating and rhythmic and poetic and everything, but like most of the songs of this time, starting with the Beatles maybe in popular music, have no discernible point that everyone can agree on except maybe they exert nice feelings in the listeners.
My theory has always been that this was in some way orchestrated or provoked by the ruling elite ( I know sounds crazy ) to remove any point of social cohesion, because this was the time when social cohesion. This was when TV shows like Star Trek that was so inspirational were pulled off the air and the TV shows were dumbed down even more than they were. They said in the trying times of the Viet Nam war people wanted to zone out on fantasy.
My group I am trying to point out is the people who make judgements like that, and get it repeated on the media over and over until it becomes programmed truth, but nothing that is useful for the individual politically.
Music eventually devolved into reggae, punk, rap, and at this time we had music industry people visiting our school telling us that the next big thing in music was going to be reggae? The nerve. Not let's see what people like or let the market decide. It was tricks with sound and Rorschach test lyrics that put everyone in their own mental space and unable to communicate.
That's why most of the music from this time I respect the engineering and composition of it but it is a toxic product.
