Looking back at most of the major wars of history they have been economic wars that have turned into armed conflict. The US has always framed itself as the world's policeman, and exceptionalism - the ability to lecture or overthrow any regime based on it's military power. War as a means of solving problems must wind down and end for our species. Russia has a lot of problems. America has a lot of problems, China has a lot of problems ... and the whole world has a lot of problems ... probable that if the current leadership of the world continues the way its going are going to destroy us and begin an interminable dark age.
