  1. For the light alarm clock, i've found that setting my iPhone to gently wake me up by increasing the volume of a non-jarring alarm sound - works pretty good. It might be too easy to hide my head under the pillow and ignore the light.

  3.  @perkypat2214  I did catch that, but you cannot take it with you everywhere you go. You could probably get Alexa or one of those AI assistants to do that, not that I think Alexas are a good idea.
