  6. Rodney King got beat up by the cops in 1991 ... I am not sure that video went straight to the internet, or if it did was there anyone watching at that time? It could be. I was on the internet in 1991, but it was newsgroups and FTP and chatboards, etc. I never heard the story of how the Rodney King video was made public - but Jay's internet claim seems dubious?
