The New Yorkers he was talking about was nice to see, but they cannot do anything but huff and puff. If they do, they'll sadly be ones who go to jail. Murray should know this, and though I agree with his sentiments, he has not much to say or suggest as to how to handle it. It would be great if emigrating to another country was a privilege, but I think it is hard to return one person, let alone a few hundred thousand.
