  1. 7:23 - "We already use them [software agents] all the time" Choosing the route we are doing to drive, choosing the music we are going to listen to, or the next book we are going to read. No way .... I don't know about you folks, but I've had very little success or satisfaction from the nonsensical BS suggestions that I have gotten from Amazon, NetFlix, Hulu, Audible, etc, etc, etc .... these modes of generating suggestions are so bad they just get in the way.
