  1. dude, ya don't look that young. the projects fail because they are set up to be expansionist of the military industrial economic complex. but your points are good, how do we learn how to stop this when it is the global game, hooking small countries on our economic game ... for the profit of just a few globally destructive aholes. we have to stop it in the developed world systems, because they are running over their own people too! I am a local person in America! ;-)
