FIRST: Why do you think Americans don't have free health care? But, no one has "free" healthcare. Healthcare has a cost to it that must be paid. It is how health care is paid for that is the issue, meaning, inequality, education and job opportunity is such that a large number of people at the economic bottom cannot afford to buy in.

Think about why you get cheaper insurance rates with a larger pool a monolithic system with interchangeable parts is also vastly more economical in every dimension. The UK's problems are because the US has taken control of their government and introduced contractors. We are spewing our economic infections of corrupt capitalism all over Europe. @trussmonkey5910 Yeah, the hospital will see them and perform the minimal lifesaving measures, but in most states that will put so much debt on the person just to get into the ER the person or family will go into a spiral of medical debt they may never get out of. Who pays the MFing taxes dim bulb? We all do. Don't act like a lose like you pays taxes or understands any of this anyway.

Iran is sneaky. I think they are sending underwater drones out that will wake up on a certain signal and seek out ships they want to attack. This is a very dangerous situation.
