  1. Just let everyone vote their IQ ! ;-) That way we don't prohibit anyone from voting, and there is a slight bias towards intelligence. IQ is not really any guarantee of right thinking or morals, so not to overdo it.

  2. I see where you want to go with that, but the American people are not smart enough to deal with the complexity of that. Can you imagine the confusion of older people or people who do not understand math or English? The only other thing I could think might help the country is a national website where people can be polled on the issues. Assuming we could verify that these people were real people and real Americans. I think the voting for people beauty contest doesn't work, particulary since the people we get vote the issues according to how much money they get. There is a good talk on this in the new NetFlix documentary "Saving Capitalism" by Robert Reich. Some really good information in that.

  5. I don't think you are giving enough weight to the issue of complexity. There are lots and lots of people would just would not understand it, and then there is also more opportunity for fraud as well with more complexity.
