I do think this guy was treated unfairly. This thing with pot is slowly working itself out and, so it just makes Liberals look bad to defend only these kinds of people. He basically lies in the video saying first that he did not have marijuana on him, but then saying he had a grinder with marijuana residue on it. That's called marijuana dipshit! If you have any doubt at all about immigration and ICE, you better be very careful or you leave yourself open to this kind of abuse. No I don't think the marijuana laws are fair, and I don;t think this is right, but I also think that this guy is stupid, and if it was not this it would eventually be something else. Sorry, but this is not the best situation to hang Bernie's campaign on is all I am saying.
