  2. @atombrain111 Makes sense to me, but a cup of coffee now and then is not the end of the world. The economy is rigged against them. Go listen to a few of the Pitchfork Economics podcasts. One recent one was about how the threshold for companies paying employees overtime is about $23K and has not kept up with inflation, kind of like the minimum wage. So, if they want to make someone a salaried worker they can give them a manager's responsibility and not have to pay them overtime, so they can collapse 3 jobs into 2 and make workers even more desperate. Every week they have explanations of these kinds of things. You can see some videos of it if you search You-Tube for Pitchfork Economics or Nick Hanauer.
