  2. Oh, why'd you have to start out with quinoa? I can't stand the stuff. It's got an irritating texture that feels like you're chewing little fish eggs, and the taste is bland but vaguely chemical. This is a helpful video though, but I never cook so much like this ... so much to learn and do.
