  1. I guess E. I guess that could be wrong, but I think you need a longer rope. The physics explanation though is a first order approximation of a solid rigid body, which a rope it not. I figured you'd have to use calculus and would get some kind of catenary type curved. Very interesting video, thanks. With the weight I'd choose D. By the way you are double crazy to hang out of a helicopter like that, and with that frickin' rope ... ricking your life for math/science.
