Seems like Google's policy should be that if you are not harming the artist in any way financially, or associating negativity on them, and you are not making money off a video, then the video ought to stay up ... shouldn't it? Good luck getting them to respond to anything when they are not required to, and same with WMG? They are not answerable to anyone but their board of directors and stockholders, assuming the have stockholders. This is a broken system that invites corruption and stupidity.

  2. They don't want Jony Mitchells of the future, because it gives the artist too much power. They are financially and strategically motivated to break every industry up so that no one can change or do anything from the inside to have power or leverage to affect management control. Wonder why people give in to harassment ... this is an atmosphere that makes everything tend towards corruption.
