  1. That's interesting what you say about leaving a camera in your car when you are not there. What about a hidden nanny-cam to surveil someone taking care of your children? Is that then illegal unless you specifically mention there is a camera there? If a nanny was to somehow find or notice a camera that was hidden are there laws that are broken, charges that could be filed or damages to be collected due to invasion of privacy, or whatever the issue would be?
