I think the trend is that if you do hit some way to get stinking rich as she says, that your interactions and peers will ensure that you are not a nice person - except to your peers. The filthy stinking rich people unify to avoid paying taxes, and the positive feedback loop of that allows them to take over and dominate everything - and to keep others ideas or demands out or reach.
