7:52 - "Donald Trump is a worse person than Osama bin Laden." -Sam Harris I've listened to this several times now and I still don't really understand in what respect Sam thinks Trump is worse than Osama bin Laden, or why is it necessary to say that or try to make that point. It is the most bizarre statement, and then to go on about it and not to explain it well makes it even more peculiar. Does anyone get this?

Go look for the Guardian article "Did Reagan pave the way for Trump?" because he did. The Republican party has always been the instrument of the super-rich to control and overthrow the democratic portion of our system, and it will always lead directly over time, and faster and faster to someone like Trump.

This is really quite a bizarre rant trying to in some way compare Donald Trump to Osama bin Laden? I don't really get why this idea was not immediately ruled out on the it's a dumb idea that will just confuse people and make you [ Sam Harris ] look less credible. With the scientific & mathematical mind we know you have, how you can think there is any way to control for all the number of factors that put those two in completely separate universes? There is no way to say that one is better than the other, and what's more no real reason to try.

@marythomas1198 I think trying to glean anything by comparing Trump to bin Laden is a blatant emotional provocation that appeals emotionally but objectively am factually reallly does not work.

Biden is a much better President. All the things you said are standard comments Trump supporters claim without any proof. Maybe the border was under better control, but that problem should be handled bipartisanly as in the Biden supported plan that Trump not even in the government vetoed. Trump added more to the debt than any other President. The kicker is Trump insurgency. How you can make a case for a guy who did, and is still organizing an overthrow of the US government - curse you, you are not an American.

@samdg1234 Hitler was not democratically elected. He came to power never winning more than 37% of the votes, but he was appointed legally, but due to threats and corruption - a lot like you know who.
