  1. Did I read "CRIMINALIZE" ?? Thought so, and criminalizing require legislation, and legislation is done by Congress. DHS, Department of Homeland Security is not Congress, so they cannot criminalize anything, all they can do is to protect the homeland with the laws that we have.

  2. Elon Musk talks big about free speech on Twitter, but a lot of his posts, maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the ones I've seen are misinformation, or super-partisan to the Right. I think it is about time people think about responding to this kind of brainwashing of public opinion.
