  2. Maybe if we want to economize we should quit spending twice as much as every other country on health care, or charging ourselves the highest price in the world for pharmaceuticals. Our system is a corrupt disgrace, and pretending that we have the moral high ground is so hollow when we and everyone else can see the reality of America. Lying about it and trying to cover it up is not going to fix it.
