I don't know what happened, or if this was right or not. But it is the police officer's decision whether to shoot or not. I don't think it is fair for black people or people who are critical of the police to talk about this being open season on black people. All of the incidents like this I have heard about were after or during or because the people did not just let the office control the situation like every other law abiding person in the country does when they have a run in with the police. They had a "tussle" is the police car ... when you are interacting with the police, you do not "tussle" with them, you shut up and do what they say. They have the gun, they have the authority. I don't know if Brown has a reason to fight with the officer or not, and I do think it is a problem that the police force is all white in a black area, that's not right. I am not saying there are not problems with racism, but when all the cases that come out like this are of black people who fight with the police, to me, those are not circumstance that I would want to really defend like is going on now in their town.

What they need to do is have their video cameras in operation and turned on ... then we have a better idea what happened. You don't fight with the a cop, then run away and only turn around when a shot is fired. That is just stupid.
