The ( 3:09 ) Zerohouse looks terrible though, a kind of college project gone awry.  It costs too much, most of what they are saying is marketing hype.  They say 4 adults, but that puts everyone together 2 to a bedroom.  How long has this existed?  What is the company backing it?  Who makes and tests the subsystems?  What is the guarantee?  How much does it cost to put onsite?  I doubt they sell a single one of these, and all the pictures look like computer simulations.

Yeah, good trend.  Still not doing enough because the people who live in these places do not want huge crowd densities,  Perfect for New York,  but pretty soon the sidewalks and subways will need to be "widened" because there will be so many people.  There's just too many people!  But even if there weren't this would still be a good idea.
