  1. That was not one iota of what RFKjr was saying ... there is a whole history there explained by John Mearsheimer, Col. Douglas MacGregor, the author Benjamin Abelow - have much, much more to say about this. What this is probably saying or meant is that a flexible missile launching system is being deployed along Russia's border that COULD rapidly reprogram and fire nuclear missiles and there is no way to tell. The US is responsible for this war.
