  2. Franken is being railroaded. The lady said herself that she reluctantly consented to the kiss, and then got mad and told him never to do that again. Since if he did we would be hearing about it, it is a clumsy and rude act where an apology should suffice. Then as to the groping and grabbing, Franken is not super-human, how can he grope and grab, both of which require actually touching the breast when Leann's breasts were encased in clothes and an Army flack jacket and the photo shows Franken's hands hovering over her chest. Franken committed no crime than any police officer in the country would arrest anyone for. Not so with Roy Moore.
