  1. OMG, I've been there many times since the 1970s ... and I am speechless. That looks like the area where the sea lions used to congregate. There is so much stuff along the Santa Cruz beach area. I hope they clean it up and dismantle it before it all ends up at the bottom of the ocean and polluting the entire area. It makes me so sad to see this. I still think it is better to leave the shoreline natural so people can enjoy it. It's only going to get worse with time.
