  3.  @eshankumar1999  I don't believe that, if there is an opportunity for Russia to be connected to Europe and the Middle East, that is where most of its culture comes from. The Chinese will always covert Russia's sparsely populated land and probably eventually cook up some kind of story about how it was Chinese at some point so they should invade. Putin has nowhere else to go thanks to dumb USA. As someone said, the purpose of NATO, cynically speaking was to KEEP the US IN, and to KEEP the USSR/RUSSIA OUT, because eventually Russia would dominate Europe like the Chinese will dominate the Pacific. The US stupidly has alienated most of South America and can only try to hold on to it by force and violence. Most other nations view China with suspicion, and that also goes for the former Soviet Asian Republics ... both China and Russia are playing this to see what they can get out of it. But your point is that there is a chance it might mesh, I just do not think a realistic one.
