  1. Seems like being a doctor today is really about training yourself to give up all your autonomy to fit into a machine that in many cases doesn't do a lot of good for people. Doing the stuff like Doctors Without Borders, helping people without health care, or setting up your own practice or a smaller practice with some other doctors of like mind might be better. I think you are well off having gone through the training and learned to organize your mind is always good. You should be proud of your abiities and accomplishments as well as your courage to do what you are doing now.

  2. Yes, the media is completely controlled. And those of us who see it and figure it out and know it will eventually be gone ... and then what? Thanks for your honest perspective. I don't know if Luigi will get released. I think it is just as likely as he will die in prison like Jeffrey Epstein as someone the public cannot know about or want to have sympathy for or copy. Our society is so completely corrupted and toxic for most Americans these days.

  3. Camera placement could be better, Goobie .... and 44 minutes? Flaxseed is great. I always put flax in my oatmeal. What are coconut shreds good for? Cinnamon is problematic these days for heavy metals, isn't it? I think I'll give this a try. Do you ever put any raisins or dried fruit in this? What would happen if you soaked the oats to some degree in the fridge? The biggest problem I see with this is having to clean out the blender. ;-)

  4. I did something to my back a few months ago ... and it took me 3 months to be able to move without extreme pain. My doctors would not prescribe any pain medication. I could not believe it. I was miserable for almost 3 months, and then in aggravating misery for longer than that. Finally I am OK now.

  5. Someone needs to do a video about how these inflated prices for medical, pharmaceutial, military, education, etc impact our GDP, and what American GDP would be if things were priced reasonably. Would our economy really be the biggest in the world - where would we really rate?

The media is owned and controlled by the industrialists, war mongers, exploiters who don't care about anything but themselves and their viral behavioral cancer who, as you say, steer the conversation, and censor voices and ideas. Life on this planet is a farce, or it is treated like a farce and for the reason of confusing people or turning people off to politics, so the random violence on innocent people should be an expected response. I would never take the risk to my life to do something like that, and I don't understant luigi's reasoning, he is a far above average intellect and sensitivity so far as I've heard. I would be prepared to hear him out. If I was on his jury I might be inclined to invoke Jury Nullification in this case. The spiritual, or non-spiritual calculus that is force to be our daily lives is as you say non sustainable and something has to be done and changed. Whatever anyone else says about it, the circumstances themselves are going to provoke people to react. What I hope cannot happen is that the billionaires cannot just lock everyone else out and protect themselves because it is only fear of justice and morality that keeps people like that from just destroying everything. I don't get a lot of chance to visit your channel, but I am always happen I did when I do. ;-)

  8. Fascinating story. Thanks for being candid about your personal experience. Get a bug net for your head. ;-) Your perceptions seem to be very honest and true. Imagine the wasted energy and lives when you think of about 180 millions Americans doing the same thing in their own industries. We need a way to focus all the people who think as you do together to brainstorm a better way. There is a lot of evidence that agrees with what you are saying. What is going to happen in the world between now and when we or if we can ever find another way to coexist? Great video. Best luck to you.

  9. Did you ever think of doing research with a research group that studies the brain? There seems to be a lot of studies going on that find areas in the brain related to or responsible for certain mental functions and faculties. That might be inspiring.
