Seems like being a doctor today is really about training yourself to give up all your autonomy to fit into a machine that in many cases doesn't do a lot of good for people. Doing the stuff like Doctors Without Borders, helping people without health care, or setting up your own practice or a smaller practice with some other doctors of like mind might be better. I think you are well off having gone through the training and learned to organize your mind is always good. You should be proud of your abiities and accomplishments as well as your courage to do what you are doing now.
