  1. I remember as a working adult in the 1980's going to do my food shopping and realizing that almost everything in the supermarket was pure chemicals, corn and sugar. No you can barely find any breads that do not have sugar in them. He was right about the sweet drinks and sodas. I was raised on them and have health issues thanks to Coke and Dr. Pepper. This was a massive fraud - like almost all our business and industry is in the USA now - every damn thing.

  3. When I go shopping for groceries and look at the breads, it is almost impossible to find bread without sugar added to it. I like Acme Sweet Batard which only has flour salt and yeast. It is so good it is almost addictive. Is it OK to eat. I wanted to avoid sugar and additive.

I remember as a kid growing up the canned and frozen food my Mom used to buy on a budget ... and the biggest thing that I grew up on and thought was good for me was sugary cereals. My entire childhood was fueled on sugar. At least it was not yet High Fructose Corn syrup. I think the thing we are not getting is that some part of these companies who make these products do not care and will spend adequate amounts of cash to keep secrets, buy politicions, buy regulators, buy inspectors because it is so much cheaper than actually selling nutritious foods. Those worst of the bunch must have a total disregard for life, human or otherwise. Their religion is staying on top by sucking in as much money as they can by any means, and spreading corruption around the system. After this has been going for decades, it's like the Mafia in Italy ... it is so impossible to get rid of ... that no one even talks about it any more. There was a scene in the movie "Food Inc.", the original movie, that really showed the evil hearts of some of these business people. The conception of the world as a jungle with workers enslaved and terrorized - maybe a holdover from American slavery or South African Apartheid. The empty hearts and souls of people like that who are basically the living definition of successful psychopath. We are being evolved in the image of what psychopaths want for us so they can feel superior and be in control. EVERYONE MUST SUBSCRIBE TO CIVILIZATION so that we can weed out those who don't and disempower them. The good decent people must for an meta-organism with and immune system that can detect and reject evil
